Looking for a permanent, rewarding role in Belfast City Centre that fits around your life and savings. We’re hiring Financial Services Contact Centre Agents to join our supportive, fast-paced customer service team.
Responsibilities
* At first point of contact, provide outstanding customer service and help the organisation to achieve its goals
* Educate customers in the different ways they can do their banking, supporting them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs
* Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures, while providing the customer with a seamless and positive experience
* Take the correct actions to deliver good customer outcomes for any customer needs, regularly reviewing and mitigating gaps to ensure good outcomes
* Conduct financial reviews with customers and provide accurate information to help them make informed decisions on financial products and services
* Manage your diary, balance proactive conversations with planned customer meetings, and maintain relationships within your department
* Resolve complaints and errors quickly and restore the relationship with the customer
* Ensure each customer interaction leaves the customer satisfied that their needs have been met
What You'll Do
* Deliver excellent service to customers, keeping their needs and financial goals in mind
* Educate customers on banking options and help them choose the best options for their needs
* Complete processes and procedures in a detail-oriented, compliant manner to provide a seamless experience
Skills & Requirements
* Experience in a customer service environment and ability to manage customer relationships
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Background of working within a regulatory environment
* Strong technology skills and ability to use Microsoft Office
* Customer-focused attitude
Details
* Salary: £26,200 annual
* Location: Natwest. Belfast City Centre
* Shifts: Full-time, 40 hours per week, hours between 07:00 and 23:00
* Start date: Various through Aug/Sept 2025
* Probity requirements: Credit, Criminal, Sanctions and Fraud checks; must evidence last 2 years employment history and last 5 years address history
