We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Group Remuneration Assistant to join a friendly team in Newcastle. You will report to the Group Transactional Manager supporting the transactional team in reconciling revenue and related activities. Your specific responsibilities as Group Remuneration Assistant will include: · Processing commission statements and reconciling bank accounts for business-as-usual income from the company CRM system, maintaining all necessary spreadsheets · Liaising with the UK offices to obtain statements · Logging into product provider portals to download statements · Contacting providers via email/chat to obtain statements · Typing up statements from postal reports to upload to the CRM · Contacting providers to resolve queries via telephone and email · Review unallocated transactions daily ...
