We're looking to add a ambitious Graphic Designer on a fixed term contract to balance creative flair with attention to detail and a pragmatism to get the job done. This will be a hands on role where you will have the opportunity to create and produce a whole range of branded material that is instrumental to enabling us to deliver our marketing plan.
Main Responsibilities:
• Aiding the Business development team to deliver the Hollis
marketing strategy and plan
• Support and delivery of internal and external communications campaigns
• Creating marketing collateral
• Management and guardianship of visual identity elements
• Video/animation production and editing
• Creation of brand assets and collateral such as brochures, advertising,
flyers, email marketing and social media graphics ensuring adherence to
brand guidelines and best practice
• Management and creation of photography and images for use in
promotional material
• Influencing colleagues to undertake best practice marketing and brand
activity – acting as brand guardian
• Support the delivery of the advertising and sponsorship programme
Qualifications/Skills required:
• Graphic design qualification/design related degree
• Proficient in the Adobe creative suite including InDesign, Photoshop and
Illustrator
• Experience and evidence of video production/editing
• Experience designing assets for social media, e-mailers and marketing
collateral across print and digital
• Typesetting experience
• Creativity, an eye for design and attention for detail
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
• A good understanding of brand and corporate guidelines
Experience required:
• Graduate (or equivalent) with ideally a qualification in design or brand
management
• 1- 2 years design/design management experience
