Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following in order to qualify for consideration: Proven customer service or customer facing experience Flexibility and adaptability to both marina and boatyard operations Ability to learn and use computer software systems “A can do" attitude and flexible approach to teamwork Be able to stay calm under pressurePrevious experience in a similar role would be a major advantage but training, where required, will be given. In all cases we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential. Expect to spend some time patrolling the marina conducting safety checks and observing access to secure areas. Monitoring CCTV is also a key part of this role.
