We’re currently working with a highly regarded and forward-thinking financial planning firm in Bristol that’s looking to recruit an experienced Paraplanning Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and professional team, playing a key role in the end-to-end administration of the financial advice process, with a particular focus on new business processing.
As a Paraplanning Administrator, you’ll support paraplanners and advisers in delivering a seamless client experience. You'll be responsible for managing the submission and tracking of new business applications, liaising with providers, and maintaining accurate client records throughout the process.
About You:
* Previous experience in a financial planning or wealth management environment
* Strong knowledge of new business submission and processing
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with providers and clients
* Experience with Intelligent Office or similar systems (desirable)
