Commercial Claims Handler required to join a very highly respected insurance broker due to growth.
In the role of Claims Handler you will handle a range of commercial insurance claims, navigating the insurance claims journey from end to end. You will mainly be supporting clients who have Property and Casualty claims.
You will guide policyholders through the process on how to submit claims, logging all new notifications and manage the claims through to settlement. You will expertly liaise with Insurers to ensure a favourable outcome on behalf of the clients interests. A big part of the role will entail providing a responsive claims handling service, and promptly addressing any queries and concerns in relation to customer claims.
Previous claims experience with a good understanding of general insurance will be required for this position. You will act as a trusted advisor who is able to demonstrate high levels of customer service. Any experience of negotiation with insurers and resolving coverage disputes on behalf of the client would be an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
