What You'll Do
* Lead digital strategy and innovation across Compass One, collaborating with stakeholders from IT, business units, and clients.
* Design and deliver market‑leading digital solutions, including Digital Playbooks and industry‑focused tools that raise the bar in service delivery.
* Champion new technologies, oversee rollouts, and ensure seamless adoption across multiple business units.
* Engage directly with clients and senior leaders, presenting solutions that fuel growth and operational excellence.
* Drive compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement to keep Compass One ahead of the curve.
What We're Looking For
* A strategic leader with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven experience in technology implementation and process improvement programmes.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results.
* A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with the drive to innovate and inspire.
* Degree‑level qualification (Data Science preferred) and willingness to travel across sites.
