Requirements:
Qualifications Required
* Degree, Diploma, HNC in an Engineering discipline (Desirable)
* Technical qualifications in Mechanical Engineering (Essential)
* Level 3 IN Mechanical or Plumbing or HVAC
* Must come from a technical background

A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Supervisor working on a hospital contract based in Blackburn. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to their team.
* Responsibilities:
* You will supervise the on-site engineering team.
* Manage all technical issues.
* Manage agreed KPI and SLA's.
* Responsible for managing the company's H&S and environmental performance on site.
* Plan and implement building shutdowns and complex client project works.
* Responsible for the technical development of all staff, which will include annual appraisals.
* Management of client relationships on a daily basis.
* Responsible for the permit system.
* Applicants for this role must be able to demonstrate the following:
* Strong technical engineering understanding.
Candidate requirements:
* The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
* Experienced Supervisor within FM - Technical Services
* People Management, Good Leader
* Technical Background (Mechanical)
