The business
Join a market leading British company that has built their offering through strategic mergers and acquisitions. They are now on an ambitious journey to become a dominant force across Europe. and now need a strong Agile Business Analyst to be a key voice in that transformation and help support modernisation projects at pace.
The Opportunity
The tech function is transitioning from a traditional Waterfall approach toward a truly Agile environment.
Business leaders are supporting and are championing Agile adoption and now they need a Business Analyst who can embed Agile thinking across the organisation.
This isn't just writing requirements. This is about influencing change.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll hit the ground running across multiple high-impact initiatives, including:
Consolidating multiple legacy and acquired websites into one unified platform
Building and scaling white-label eCommerce websites for affiliate partners
Supporting a major payments gateway project
Acting as a key Agile advocate within a business still on its transformation journey
You'll work closely with technology, digital, payments and commercial teams, helping shape delivery, improve processes and ensure projects create real business value.
About you
Essential experience:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments
Strong background in eCommerce and/or payments projects
Experience working across digital platform consolidation or transformation
Ability to operate in both structured and evolving Agile environments
Confident stakeholder engagement, you'll need to be a visible voice in the business
Bonus points for:
Experience with payments gateways
Experience in businesses that have grown through acquisition
Experience transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile
