We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well-established and growing law firm in Newark.
You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, providing clear and practical advice to a wide range of clients.
Responsibilities include:

* Handling all aspects of private client work, including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and trusts
* Managing your own caseload from instruction to completion with minimal supervision
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering a high level of service.
* Assisting with business development activities and contributing to the growth of the department
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members where required
Key requirements:
*
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with proven private client experience
* Strong technical knowledge in wills, probate and estate administration
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
* Organised, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
* A client-focused and professional approach, with strong attention to detail
