About the Role As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will work across the primary age range, supporting teaching and learning in a well-established and inclusive school. You will lead small group interventions, assist with lesson planning, and deliver lessons in the teacher’s absence. This is a highly collaborative role, where you will work alongside teaching staff, the ALNCo and other support professionals to ensure all pupils, including those with additional needs, receive the support they require to thrive.
