DCT Recruitment are seeking an experienced Admin to join our client based in Liverpool. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Booking in jobs and handling customer and client enquiries Assisting with Directors diaries and scheduling appointments Raising invoices and maintaining accurate records Ensuring staff CSCS cards and training tickets are kept up to date Booking relevant training courses and maintaining company accreditations Overseeing compliance documentation and deadlines Supporting with Eco Funding administration Using the internal system Monday.com to manage tasks and workflows Requirements: Previous administrative experience is essential Strong organisational and communication skills Experience with Eco Funding processes Competent IT skills, with experience using Monday.com (advantageous) Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Salary and Benefits: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour, depending on experience Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Friendly and supportive working environment Please call Bartosz at DCT Recruitment on 07795602657 if you are interested or apply.
