Administrative Professional
The ideal candidate for this position will be an organized and experienced administrative professional with a proven track record in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy office environment.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess basic financial knowledge.
A highly proactive and detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team is required. Discretion with confidential information is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day office operations and administration
* Support surveyors and directors with diary management and document preparation
* Prepare client correspondence, reports, and invoices
* Oversee facilities, IT liaison, and supplier coordination
* Maintain compliance with RICS standards and GDPR
* Assist with HR admin (onboarding, training, leave tracking)
* Liaise with clients and external service providers professionally
Requirements:
* Proven Office Manager or senior admin experience in a property/professional setting
* Excellent organisation, multitasking, and communication skills
* IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, document systems)
* BASIC financial knowledge (invoicing, expenses, bookkeeping support)
* Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Discretion with confidential information
Desirable:
* Familiarity with RICS compliance or property sector workflows
* Experience using property or surveying software (e.g. Qube, Reapit)
