This Commercial Manager to oversee a major £20 million planned maintenance, decarbonisation, and high-rise refurbishment projects across Wolverhampton and Walsall. Key Responsibilities * Lead the commercial management of a £20m programme of works * Manage and support a team of up to 8 commercial staff * Ensure effective contract administration (NEC or similar) * Oversee cost planning, forecasting, and financial reporting * Manage risk, maximise value, and ensure contractual compliance * Collaborate closely with operational teams, clients, and supply chain Requirements * Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Managing Quantity Surveyor * Background in property services, social housing, or construction * Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (NEC, JCT, etc.) * Experience managing multi-million-pound projects * Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally * Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills What’s On Offer * Salary up to £90,000 (depending on experience) Car allowance * Annual bonus up to 15% based on business performance * 8% employer pension contribution * Hybrid working – flexible mix of office, site, and remote * Join a stable, growing business with a strong social impact
