Project Manager (3 Year FTC)
I'm working with a well-established business in North Cambridgeshire to recruit a technical Project Manager for a 3-year fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in supporting their upcoming ERP implementation project, ensuring seamless integration and optimisation across the business. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the successful implementation of the ERP system, from initial planning to post-implementation support.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to define system requirements and ensure the solution meets business needs.
* Coordinate with the ERP vendor and external partners to manage system configuration and data migration.
* Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the ERP implementation process.
* Document processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices.
About You
* Proven experience in ERP system implementation, ideally with exposure to IFS.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of working across different teams and levels of the business.
* Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support.
* Able to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results within tight timeframes.
