Description
* Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
* Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
* Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
* Coordinating with management and staff to meet financial objectives.
* Assisting in the budgeting process and financial planning.
* Implementing best practices in accounting and reporting.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the property industry.
* Mentoring and developing junior staff within the accounting & finance department.
Profile
* ACA, ACCA, CIMA or QBE accountant
* A strong understanding of accounting principles.
* Familiarity with financial reporting and regulatory standards in the property industry.
* Proficiency in key financial software packages.
* Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
* A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
