Project Systems Lead

We’re looking for a Project Systems Lead to drive system performance and lead key systems projects across site, ensuring smooth operation of SAP, Innova and related tools.
This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on project delivery, system optimisation and cross‑functional support.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage system projects, upgrades and improvements
- Act as the site lead for SAP, Innova and technical systems
- Support operations, supply chain and finance with system issues
- Monitor system performance, compliance and KPIs
- Drive process improvements, training and user adoption
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve system issues (e.g. IDOCs, stock, errors)
- Collaborate with central teams and stakeholders across the business
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in project or systems management
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Proven problem‑solving ability in a fast‑paced environment
- SAP or manufacturing systems experience (Innova desirable)
- Leadership or team coordination experience
- Proactive, organised and improvement‑focused mindset
