Main Purpose of the Role:
* Lead project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client and business goals.
* Develop and mentor a high-performing team of Project Managers.
* Collaborate with senior management on project planning and resource allocation.
* Oversee project budgeting, costing, and monthly forecasting to drive profitability.
* Foster strong client relationships and secure new business opportunities.
* Ensure project compliance with health & safety, RAMS, and regulatory requirements.
* Champion continuous improvement and innovation within project operations
