We are recruiting two Senior Business Analysts to join our Project Delivery Team on 12‑month fixed term contracts. These roles will play a key part in helping to deliver strategic change at the University, working on complex initiatives that support the student lifecycle. You will be aligned to one of our strategic projects and, depending on timing and priorities at the point you join, this may include work related to Student Enquiry Management or the Student Information System projects.
About you
You are an experienced business analyst who enjoys working across the full range of business analysis activities to support the delivery of complex change. You are comfortable working with people, processes and technology, and able to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous or evolving problems. Your experience includes requirements management, process analysis and improvement, supporting testing and implementation, and contributing to benefits definition and realisation. You enjoy working in multi‑disciplinary teams, building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You are a clear and confident communicator, able to facilitate discussion and produce accessible, high‑quality documentation that supports shared understanding. You value collaboration and inclusivity, contribute positively to a supportive team culture, and take a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.
Where you will be working
In this role you’ll be based at our modern Frenchay Campus. You’ll spend most of your time on campus, typically 3 days per week with the opportunity to work from home on the remaining days.

Job Details
This is a full‑time, fixed‑term post for 12 months, working 37 hours per week. The post is available on a job share basis for applicants wishing to work part time.
