Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Monday–Friday

Are you motivated by sales success and looking for a clear pathway to grow your career? Dortech Direct Ltd is a rapidly expanding eCommerce supplier in the construction sector. We are now seeking a proactive Trade Account Manager to strengthen our sales team and help drive further growth.

The Role

As part of the sales team, you will:

* Manage and develop a portfolio of trade accounts.
* Make proactive outbound B2B calls to generate new opportunities.
* Use our CRM to track pipelines and customer activity.
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager to deliver targets and build long-term client partnerships.
* Build product expertise across our specialist range, which includes sealants, glazing tools, membranes, and other construction consumables.


What We’re Looking For

* Experience: At least two years in telesales, business development, or account management.
* Skills: Confident communicator, strong negotiator, and relationship builder.
* Tech‑Savvy: Competence with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
* Advantageous: Familiarity with construction products or eCommerce environments.


Recruitment Process

* First Interview (approx. 1 hour): Review of experience, IT skills, and industry knowledge. Assessment of ambition, motivation, and drive.
* Second Stage: Practical sales exercise and a career-focused discussion, including KPI-linked pay progression.
