Use your administrative and operational skills to assist advisors in managing and expanding their business. Maintain a client-first approach by ensuring compliance, resolving issues, onboarding accounts, processing records, implementing technology updates, and preparing correspondence in a professional, fast-paced environment.

What will you do?
* Build and maintain professional relationships with clients by assisting with inquiries and account questions.
* Handle account inquiries proactively and escalate issues when necessary.
* Ensure compliance by maintaining proper documentation and communicating requirements to clients.
* Facilitate fund and security transfers, complete trades, and process checks, wires, and ACH transactions promptly.
* Maintain confidentiality in line with RBC's Code of Conduct.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
* Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
* Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills
* Attention to detail and a mindset to improve advisor efficiency
* Series 7 and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain within 12 months
* Ability to adapt to changing business and technology environments
Nice-to-have
* Current FINRA registrations
* Financial services experience

The salary range for the Registered Client Associate is $40,000 - $65,000, and for the Client Associate, $35,000 - $55,000, based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation includes bonuses, commissions, 401(k), and insurance benefits. To qualify as a Registered Client Associate, active Series 7 and 66 licenses are required on day one.
