We are seeking to recruit an experienced Project Planner to work within our Environmental Sciences Operational department to effectively plan projects as they are contracted, ensuring staff have visibility of schedules assigned by both Project Leaders and Managers in the Ecotoxicology team.. Leading the inclusion of all areas in the use of Workfront as the primary scheduling tool and setting processes and ensuring that these are fit for purpose, including continuous improvement and acting on feedback from colleagues. Responsible for making decisions, where necessary to decide future processes or standards and ensuring communication to the department is clear and informative. Based at our site in Shardlow, Derbyshire, your main responsibilities will be : - Manage and lead Workfront Processes including training creation, management and delivery to colleagues for Workfront processes - Act as liaison will all business unit colleagues to ensure cost builds, proposals, current schedules and new schedules are kept up to date - Manage and lead Project Planning Activities including adding new projects to planning system and progressing to close when complete - Review of process to seek process change and improvement Education / Qualifications: - The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level.
