Job Description
* Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making within the FMCG sector.
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
* Collaborate with departmental teams to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.
* Oversee cash flow management and identify areas for optimisation.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
* Support the year-end audit process, liaising with external auditors as needed.
* Deliver financial reports and presentations to senior stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
* A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
* Experience in financial reporting and analysis ideally within the FMCG industry.
* Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost management principles.
* Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
* An ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
