Role Details
* Hours: 35 hours per week
* Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00
* Salary: up to £25,500 per annum dependant on experience
* Location: Hybrid New Milton (Hampshire UK) 2 days a month in office
* Start Date: April/May 2026
Please note that this role is subject to pre‑employment screening, including basic RTW checks and two years of referencing. All screening must be completed prior to your start date, which may result in the start date being adjusted if required. This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK. For this role, you need 5mpbs upload and 15mpbs download internet speed.

About You
You’re a hands‑on, commercially minded Marketer who loves digital, data, and getting things done. You’re comfortable owning campaigns end to end, happy working in a small team, and excited to make a real impact.
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in a B2B marketing role
* Hands‑on experience managing and optimising LinkedIn Ads campaigns
* Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (CRM and Marketing Hub)
* End‑to‑end email marketing experience — from design and automation to reporting
* Confident B2B copywriting skills across email, social and web
* Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and optimise campaigns
* Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at pace
* Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable owning your workload
* A collaborative team player with great attention to detail and brand consistency
Desirable Skills
* Experience in the housing, technology or care sectors
* Experience managing websites and landing pages via HubSpot CMS (or similar)
* Background working in a small, agile marketing team
* Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications (or equivalent experience)
* HubSpot Academy certifications and/or CIM qualification
* Basic SEO knowledge and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe
* Understanding of the UK housing sector and B2B procurement challenges
The Role
As Marketing Executive at Appello, you’ll play a pivotal role in a small, agile marketing team with big ambitions. Your mission is to elevate the Appello brand across the housing and care sectors by delivering smart, high‑impact digital marketing that drives visibility, engagement, and revenue.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll own and deliver multi‑channel digital campaigns — from organic social and paid LinkedIn advertising to automated email journeys through HubSpot. You’ll use data and insight to nurture B2B relationships, generate high‑quality leads, and unlock growth through targeted upselling and cross‑selling.
You’ll also take ownership of our CRM and website content, keeping everything clean, compliant, and conversion‑focused, while keeping a close eye on competitor activity to ensure Appello stands out.
What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day
* Running high‑impact digital campaigns across LinkedIn, paid ads and email
* Creating and scheduling engaging social content that builds Appello’s brand and voice
* Managing and optimising LinkedIn Ads to drive quality B2B leads
* Building smart email journeys and automation in HubSpot to nurture, upsell and cross‑sell
* Tracking performance and turning data into actionable insight
* Keeping HubSpot, website content and landing pages clean, compliant and conversion‑focused
