You may also support other homes in the area as required, so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. Key Responsibilities Lead clinical care delivery and maintain regulatory compliance Mentor and supervise nursing and care teams Oversee medication management, wound care, and health assessments Maintain accurate care plans and audits Support the Home Manager in day-to-day operations Ensure staff development through training and performance reviews Who We’re Looking For To succeed as a Clinical Deputy Manager / Nursing Home Deputy Manager, you should be: A qualified NMC Registered Nurse (Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disabilities) Experienced in a similar Clinical Deputy Manager or Nursing Home Deputy Manager role within a care home Strong in clinical governance and CQC standards A confident leader with excellent communication and mentoring skills Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities IT literate and able to maintain accurate records Flexible to travel to other local homes if needed (car required) What’s in It for You?
