The Role SEN HLTA Seeking a skilled SEN HLTA to plan and deliver targeted lessons and learning activities for pupils with MLD, SLD and non-verbal learners aged 719. You will support pupils access to the curriculum by preparing differentiated resources, delivering structured teaching sessions, and adapting approaches to meet individual needs. The role includes working 1:1 and with small groups, supporting communication (including alternative and augmentative communication), managing behaviour positively, and tracking pupil progress. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEN settings, strong knowledge of differentiated planning, and a patient, creative approach to supporting complex learning and communication needs.
