Regional Development Manager
North of Scotland (Home-Based)
£36,000 – £40,000 + Commission + Company Car
A leading wholesale distribution business is looking for a Regional Development Manager to drive growth across independent retail customers in the North of Scotland. This role will cover Inverness, Western Isles and across to Fraserburgh.
The Role
* Grow sales within existing independent retailers
* Identify and win new retail business
* Develop symbol group / branded store partnerships
* Provide merchandising and category advice
* Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities
You will manage a large territory responsible for around £7M+ in annual sales, working closely with internal teams across sales, logistics, and commercial.
About You
* Experience in FMCG, drinks, wholesale, or retail sales
* Strong business development and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of the independent retail / convenience sector
* Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own territory
