As part of unplanned mental health services in Doncaster, we are offering a rare opportunity for motivated professionals to join the Doncaster Crisis Team.
The role involves triage assessment and intervention for service users in crisis, including telephone support, home visits, and assessments in A&E.
We are seeking dynamic and positive practitioners to support this new service.
We are looking to recruit a permanent Band 6 qualified practitioner who is enthusiastic, highly motivated, and passionate about working with individuals in crisis within the community, delivering a caring and safe service.
We want passionate, reliable, and progressive staff who work within a strengths and recovery-based approach.
Liaison with families and supporting their understanding of crisis management is an important part of the role.
The post requires working alongside partner organizations, third sector, and peer support services, where transparency and openness are vital.
This is an exciting time to join the Crisis Service as we begin implementing changes around the community working age model, providing opportunities to contribute and lead some of these changes.
