Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide high-quality support and assistance to our clients within their own homes. The ideal candidate will have the desire to provide high quality compassionate care, with dignity and respect.
Duties
* Assist our valued clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
* Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring adherence to prescribed routines.
* Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to relevant healthcare professionals.
* Assist with mobility as required, ensuring safety during transfers.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
* Support behaviour management strategies for clients with specific needs.
* Previous experience in caregiving an advantage but not a deal breaker as full training and support will be given.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on empathy and patience.
* A valid driving licence is preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.81-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
