Role Description
Full-time hybrid roles for warranty surveyors located in Shropshire, East Midlands, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Milton Keynes, and South East London. The Warranty Surveyor will inspect and certify building works, provide technical support, troubleshoot issues on site, conduct risk assessments, ensure compliance with regulations, deliver training, and maintain excellent customer service standards.
Role Details
* Role 1: Intermediate / Senior Surveyor – Shropshire / Midlands. Overseeing a 70/30% split of residential/commercial projects, focusing on major works schemes, mid‑rise residential, PBSA, BtR and heavy conversion projects. Responsibilities include delivery of LDi Warranty Audits, inspections, and compliance. Hybrid: remote with occasional visits to the Manchester Regional Office.
* Role 2: Intermediate Surveyor – East London / Kent. Overseeing a 90/10% split of residential/commercial, focusing on mid and low‑rise residential with some commercial mix. Responsibilities include delivery of LDi Warranty Audits, inspections, and compliance. Hybrid: remote with occasional visits to the London Head Office.
* Role 3: Intermediate / Senior Surveyor – Bedfordshire / Hertfordshire / Milton Keynes. Overseeing a 90/10% split of residential/commercial, focusing on mid and low‑rise residential with some commercial mix. Responsibilities include delivery of LDi Warranty Audits, inspections, and compliance. Hybrid: remote with occasional visits to the London Head Office.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in troubleshooting and technical support.
* Strong background in customer service.
* Knowledge in electricity and related technical fields.
* Experience delivering training to staff and clients.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in surveying or a related field is a plus.
* Valid driver’s licence.
