Location: Armthorpe-Doncaster (DN3 3FQ). Start date: 6th October 2025 (3 weeks paid training, Monday–Friday). Shifts: 4 days on / 4 days off, 11:00–21:00 (9:00–19:00 on weekend days); 33.25 hours per week with optional flex up to 4 hours. Potential for a quarterly bonus and enhanced pay rates. A weekend premium of £1 per hour may apply.

You must not have had an unsuccessful NEXT application for a similar role in the last 6 months. In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates must evidence their right to work in the UK before employment. Sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route is not typically available."
* £12.39 per hour (plus £1 per hour weekend premium)*
* Quarterly bonus up to 20% on completion of probationary period and KPI-based enhanced pay
* 3 weeks of full-time paid training plus ongoing coaching
Responsibilities
* Handle calls, emails, and live webchats; resolve customer queries from start to finish
* Assist with faulty goods, incorrect items, billing issues, and returns
* Use computer systems and tools to manage customer interactions
* Provide personalised conversations and best options to solve customer issues
* Meet targets related to contacts per hour while focusing on effective issue resolution

Additional Information: There may be peak trading periods requiring an additional 4-hour shift per week, paid in advance to support scheduling. Spaces for shifts are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Shifts may change during the recruitment process; applicants will be informed of updates.
