Qualifications
* Level 3 Childcare qualification or a recognised teaching qualification
* At least 2 years' experience in education, with the confidence to support and guide learners
* A genuine passion for helping young people grow, succeed, and build new skills
* A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive, shared environment
* Clear, confident communicator with strong organisational skills
* Calm and accurate under pressure, with great attention to detail
* Highly organised, with a structured and proactive approach to your work
* Confident in using your initiative to solve problems and drive progress
