Main Purpose of Role
Support victims and potential victims of domestic abuse through the delivery of a consistent domestic violence disclosure scheme process.
Key Skills & Experience Required
* Experience of gathering and analysing information
* Experience of communicating effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
* Experience of producing written reports
* Posses sound knowledge of IT skills, including WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK
* Ability to effectively use force IT systems following training
* An Understanding of legislation – DVDS, GDPR, Management of Police Information, Computer Misuse Act
* Able to plan, manage and prioritise workload to agreed timescales
* Organised and self‑motivated, ensuring the timely provision of correct, complete and consistent information
* Able to work effectively as a team member, demonstrating resilience and flexibility
* Be able to make decisions regarding risk levels according to guidance and a professional judgement
* Able to deal with confidential information and deal with issues of a sensitive nature

* Hold a GCSE grade 4 or above in English or NVQ level 3 qualification
* Desirable Full uk Driving Licence
