Join our dynamic Brand and Sponsorship team and help bring big ideas to life. If you've got hands-on experience in brand identity management and sponsorship coordination, we'd love to hear from you. This role is in a fast-moving team where good ideas can come from anywhere, so you'll have real scope to influence the bigger picture and there's plenty of opportunity to grow your career.
You'll own brand governance and support sponsorship activations; from rights management for Liverpool FC - including hospitality and ticketing - to social content creation, player shoots and attending sponsored matches, working across areas to help deliver campaigns. You'll need to be bold, organised and confident juggling multiple projects, with eyes on both strategy and the small stuff. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future.
What you'll be doing:
* Manage all brand standards and guidelines. Ensure they're followed by managing brand engagement and approval processes.
* Own a network of Brand Ambassadors across AXA UK & Ireland and work with them to plan brand implementation and brand updates.
* Support the distribution our Liverpool FC sponsorship rights in a transparent and objective way.
* Manage ticketing, hospitality, pitch day events, mass participation events, mascot experiences, merchandise and adverts for our sponsorships.
* Create internal engagement in our sponsorships by working closely with Internal Communication teams to co-ordinate internal articles and competitions.
* Build internal brand engagement with AXA employees. Support training and bring our brand to life in our offices and online.
* Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across AXA U&I and AXA Group.
* Engage with roster agencies. Support periodic agency performance appraisals.
Requirements:
* Experience of brand management and approvals.
* Demonstrable experience of working on sponsorship creation, preferably sports related.
* Brilliant stakeholder management, including with external agencies and suppliers.
* Knowledge of brand and advertising guidelines, standards and other compliance policies.
* Awareness of the financial services industry and a demonstrable interest in its output, preferably in the specific area of brand and sponsorship management.
* Outstanding organisation skills.
* Strategic thinking.
* Ability to collaborate across a complex matrix corporate environment.
