Working closely with production and Transport, youll ensure finished goods, materials, and dispatches are managed seamlessly, helping our world-class ciders reach customers far and wide. This is a hands-on leadership role, spending around 75% of your time on the floor, supporting your team and leading by example, alongside 25% administrative and reporting responsibilities. Working hours: Permanent role, 2pm-10pm, Sunday to Thursday OR 09.30-18.00 Monday Friday, with flexibility to work additional hours when required What youll be responsible for Leading Warehouse & Yard operations Championing colleague safety, wellbeing, and high standards Supporting production through effective materials supply and internal transfers Managing finished goods put-away and dispatch preparation Maintaining smooth, accurate inventory control Driving performance through clear communication and strong leadership What youll bring Essential Experience supervising warehouse or logistics teams Background in fast-paced production or distribution environments Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop people Solid understanding of Warehouse & Yard operations and inventory control Strong communication skills Desirable Forklift / MHE licence Health & Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH) Experience using WMS or ERP systems Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments If you like the sound of what youre hearing, join our team where People, Pride, Passion, and Expertise matter!
