Trade Marketing Manager Windsor (d/f/m)
In this exciting and dynamic role within our premium brand Windsor, you will work closely with our marketing team to drive impactful initiatives for the wholesale business and take ownership of implementing our Visual Merchandising guidelines.
Your responsibilities:
* Co-creation of seasonal sell-in/sell-out marketing measures for sales and showrooms
* Seasonal provision and regular updating of Windsor assets across all relevant B2B platforms to ensure a consistent and brand presence
* Conception, planning, and execution of key account marketing activities, events, and pop-ups in close collaboration with Sales and the Head of Marketing
* Oversight of national and international marketing activities of wholesale customers, including online brand shops and platforms
* Co-development, implementation, and monitoring of seasonal Visual Merchandising Guidelines, including photo shoots and production, with the external Visual Merchandising partner
* Creation, production, and inventory management of marketing tools for all sales channels such as giveaways, packaging, displays, and POS materials
Your profile:
* Several years of experience in trade marketing, ideally in the premium or luxury fashion or lifestyle segment, with a degree in marketing or a comparable qualification
* Strong digital expertise (AI skills would be beneficial) with conceptual, creative, and analytical strengths
* Structured, organized, and proactive working style and a strong sense of responsibility
* Best-in-class mindset with precise, high-quality execution and a hands-on, service-oriented approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Business-fluent in German and English
