Key Responsibilities
* Own senior‑level client relationships, ensuring adoption of digital commerce, data, and retail media solutions.
* Take full accountability for achieving client goals and performance metrics across marketplaces and media.
* Collaborate closely with growth, retail operations, and media teams to deliver high‑quality, timely outputs.
* Build and maintain trusted partnerships with key client stakeholders and retail partners (e.g., Amazon, Walmart).
* Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities for cross‑channel growth and innovation.
* Advise brands on strategies that merge digital marketing and retail performance to accelerate growth.

About You
* 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce, retail media, or digital performance marketing.
* Proven ability to lead large, multi‑disciplinary client accounts with measurable results.
* Strong understanding of Amazon (and ideally Walmart) ecosystems.
* Confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex strategies and inspire client confidence.
* Passion for innovation in retail, media, and consumer technology — including interest in the role of AI in shaping the future of commerce.
* Commercially minded, proactive, and collaborative, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
* Motivated by growth, challenge, and delivering excellence in a fast‑paced environment.
