Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Learning & Development Tutor in Residential Care. The role involves delivering high-quality training and development programs to staff in residential care settings, supporting them to achieve their L4 or L5 qualifications for either Families Practitioner or Families Manager and improve performance. The tutor will need to design, plan, and implement training sessions, assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and assist with the creation of training materials and resources that meet industry standards and compliance requirements. Full training will be provided for the right individual.

Qualifications

* Experience in delivering training and development programs and designing training sessions
* Strong assessment skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback
* Knowledge of compliance requirements and industry standards in residential care
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
* Relevant qualifications in education, training, or residential care
* Experience in account management and providing high-quality customer service is a plus
