Key Responsibilities:
As Duty Manager, you'll be at the heart of hotel operations, ensuring every guest experience is seamless:
* Supervise daily hotel operations to maintain smooth functioning
* Act as the main point of contact for guests and staff during your shift

* Support multiple departments to enhance operational efficiency
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the hotel
What we're looking for:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in a Front Office or Duty Manager role within a hotel
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
* Proficiency with OPERA Cloud (preferred)
* A passion for hospitality and commitment to exceptional Guest Services
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
