Key Responsibilities
* Accurate dispensing of prescription medications, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
* Providing medication counseling and support to patients.
* Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
* Conducting medication reviews and managing inventory.
* Offering immunization services where applicable.
* Providing advice on OTC medications and healthcare products.
* Actively participating in health promotion initiatives.
What We Require
* Registered Pharmacist with GPhC.
* Proven experience in community pharmacy.
* Strong commitment to patient care and safety.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work both independently and in a team.
* Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends.
* Flexible and positive problem-solving approach.
