This role supports the Asset Management Business Systems Team (AMBST) by leading the delivery of carbon‑management tools and services across infrastructure assets and programmes, and ensuring the team delivers efficient outcomes for the Agency and external users.
Responsibilities
* Support EA and external users of operational carbon tools.
* Deliver a range of services to users of carbon tools and maintain agreements with diverse user groups.
* Act as senior product user for digital improvement projects of carbon tools and data.
* Plan and manage user activities during the implementation of carbon‑tool changes and improvements.
* Manage resources and funding for carbon‑tool support and maintenance.
* Collaborate with operational carbon communities and national leads.
* Work with IT suppliers, FCRM, DDTS, EA business leads, and stakeholders including local authorities, water companies, internal drainage boards and the civil engineering supply chain.
Team
AMBST is part of the Digital, Data and Evidence team. We manage several Asset Management IT systems (e.g., AIMS PD PoL, PAFs, RMA Portal, FastDraft, Co‑Space, Asite for BIM Document Management and SBMT) and provide system administration, user support and an advisory role on IT projects.

* Significant experience in carbon management for infrastructure assets, projects or programmes.
* Experience in asset management and/or infrastructure business processes.
* Experience in digital tool development or user implementation services.
* Experience developing training and documentation.
