To support this expansion, we are growing our hospitality team to deliver over 400 industry events annually. Our team ensures top-quality service for events ranging from executive meetings to large conferences and exhibitions.
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Pastry Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will support the production of high-quality pastries and desserts for various events, working under the guidance of the Pastry Sous Chef.

* City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
* Food Hygiene Certificate
* Ability to work within or lead and develop a team
