<div><h3>Administrator - PET-CT scanning service</h3><p><b>The closing date is 28 June 2026</b></p><p>The Department of Medical Physics and Bioengineering is looking to recruit a friendly, efficient and self‑motivated individual to join their multidisciplinary team. This post specifically supports the PET‑CT scanning service but may involve additional administrative duties across the department when required.</p><p>Were looking for people who have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and can demonstrate a good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.</p><p>The role includes data collection and entry, general clerical duties, making appointments and contacting patients by phone (a good telephone manner is essential) and some reception cover where necessary.</p><p>Knowledge of the Soliton Radiology System is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.</p><p>This is a permanent part‑time post; the working days are Wednesday and Thursday.</p><h3>Main duties of the job</h3><ul><li>To contact patients by phone and record patient responses to questionnaires</li><li>To make appointments, including preparation of appointment letters and envelopes, scanning in necessary paperwork, preparing and printing lists, and forwarding images.
