We are working with a client based in Redruth seeking a Sales Administrator to join a vibrant and thriving Engineering business who’s ethos centres around sustainability and innovative solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in actively supporting the sales function, managing incoming enquiries, and proactively identifying new avenues for business expansion. Key Responsibilities: * Managing client enquiries by building relationships and resolving customer issues. * Data entry of daily paperwork, ordering consumables, and obtaining supplier quotes. * Pursue sales leads, conducting outreach to prospective clients, and assisting in closing deals. * Preparing quotes, processing orders, managing paperwork, and ordering consumables. * Generating insightful sales reports to track progress and identify trends. * Collaborating with internal departments across the business. Essential Experience / Qualifications and Candidate Attributes Required: * Demonstrate experience in sales, administrative, or commercial support role. * Proficiency with CRM systems to manage client interactions. * Strong planning and time management skills. * Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders. * Experience with data entry and procurement processes.
