Your Tasks Maintaining and purchasing of IT equipment Maintaining and repair management of mobile devices Installation, maintaining and troubleshooting of client hardware devices Creation and maintenance of documentation User management in Active Directory, M365 User support for the local plant Remote support within the WEPA Group Assistance of other IT teams in project work Occasional business-related travel The position is primarily performed on site in Blackburn. Remote work is possible upon individual agreement. Your Profile Qualification: Completed vocational training as an IT clerk (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable. Experience and Know-how: At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position Experience in the following systems: Office Applications PC Systems Server Operating Systems Citrix ADS Client Server Technology ITSM Systems Archive Systems Languages: Good knowledge of spoken and written English. Personality: Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, flexibility and motivation.
