Test Team Lead
Hybrid role based out of Leatherhead office; minimum 3 office days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu). Requires SC clearance or eligibility to obtain; only UK nationals.
Your Future Duties And Responsibilities
* Support Test Manager in delivering test programme.
* Day‑to‑day task management.
* Support defect management process.
* Produce weekly test metrics and drive team to meet performance targets.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
* Experience with test management tools (e.g., Opentext AQM, HP ALM).
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Manual testing experience.
* ISTQB Software Testing Foundation Level or ISEB equivalent.
