The role - genuinely varied, genuinely impactful
* Hands-on maintenance, fault-finding and optimisation of state-of-the-art equipment: automated irrigation networks, precision climate-controlled growing environments, high-speed crop handling and packing lines, plus on-site renewable energy systems.
* Driving continuous improvement projects that directly affect output, efficiency and sustainability.
* Full ownership of key mechanical systems across multiple modern sites.
* Collaborating with operations and agronomy teams in a fast-moving, results-focused environment.
