Due to the exciting expansion of Hello Studio—The Very Group's recently launched internal creative agency—we’re on the lookout for an exceptional Talent and Casting Lead to join our team.

About the role.
As our Talent & Casting Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of campaign shoots for our internal creative team. Acting as the glue between departments, you’ll coordinate the delivery of high-quality visual assets across all product areas, ensuring every project reflects our brand’s vision.
From sourcing the perfect talent to managing budgets and production logistics, you’ll be at the forefront of bringing our creative ideas to life. With your expert eye for casting and your knack for building strong relationships, you’ll ensure we work with the best in the industry while maintaining a cost-conscious approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the rapid flow of information through the photography studio to ensure smooth operations.
* Manage day-to-day production duties, liaising with external production companies, model, and talent agencies.
* Source and book best-in-class models and talent, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy across campaigns, in-house retail media, and Very aligned projects.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with agencies and models, ensuring a best-in-class booking experience with model welfare as a top priority.
* Apply expert-level casting and negotiation skills to continually elevate the quality of talent within budget constraints.
* Identify opportunities to enhance booking processes, confidently addressing challenges as they arise.
* Support creative teams with pre-shoot planning and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Organise production requirements for both internal and external shoots, including talent bookings and shoot confirmations.
* Maintain open and continuous communication with internal teams to align timings and deliverables.
* Collaborate with the studio manager and external production to ensure all lighting and video equipment is prepped and ready for shoots.
About you.
You’re a creative powerhouse with a passion for casting and production. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs while managing budgets effectively. Here’s what we’re looking for:
* Significant experience in a creative role within an in-house team, agency, or photographic studio environment.
* Extensive knowledge of moving image and stills photographic processes, as well as creative talent and resources.
* A deep understanding of the modelling industry, with previous casting and model booking experience.
* Exceptional organisational, administrative, and time management skills.
* Strong collaboration and prioritisation abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to change.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
* A team player who remains calm under pressure, with a cost-conscious approach and a commitment to delivering excellence.

For this role after meeting our Talent Acquisition Team you can expect a 2 stage process.
First Stage - 45 minute video interview which will consist of exploring your experience and portfolios in more depth and an opportunity for you to find out more about the role and the team.
Second Stage - A one-hour formal task based interview where you can expect both competency and technical questions.
