Longlast is a well-established, CQC‑rated outstanding 11‑bed residential care home for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities located in Stockton‑on‑Tees between Carlton and Thorpe Thewles.

Responsibilities
* Assist in managing the care of residents and monitoring the quality and delivery of services
* Lead by example, motivate and develop the team to deliver high‑quality provision
* Promote independence and provide personal care
* Work a variation of shifts between 8:00 am and 9:30 pm, including long days and on‑call rota duties
Qualifications and Requirements
* Excellent ethos and values around the provision of care
* Existing Senior Support Worker or experienced Support Worker seeking progression
* Clear and confident communicator with good computer skills
* Flexible with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
* Minimum NVQ Level 2 in health and social care (or equivalent) with willingness to complete Level 3
* Full, valid and clean driving licence and own vehicle (a requirement due to the location of the service)
