This presents an ideal learning opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to develop under strong mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting senior solicitors and independently managing a caseload of property litigation matters

* Drafting and reviewing legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
* Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
* Conducting legal research and preparing detailed advice for clients

* Property litigation seat during training contract (preferred)

* Clear interest in property disputes and real estate litigation
* Strong communication skills and commercial acumen
* Proactive, organised, and team-oriented mindset
* Competitive salary with performance-based progression
* Generous benefits package and flexible working arrangements
* Exposure to high-quality, complex litigation cases
* Clear career development and structured training
* Inclusive and collaborative team environment
